Copyright Infringement Reporting and Counter-Notification Procedures

1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

​

At Transformation Leader, we take allegations of copyright infringement seriously and are committed to responding promptly to such claims. If you believe that materials accessible on or from our site infringe your copyright, you can request the removal of those materials by submitting a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent at the following address:

Your written notice, known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice, should include the following:

​

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works on the site, a representative list of such works.

  • Identification of the infringing material with sufficient precision to enable us to locate it.

  • Adequate contact information (including your name, postal address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).

  • A statement asserting your good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a Counter-Notice by submitting a written notification to our Copyright Agent at the address provided above. The Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location on the site.

  • Adequate contact information (including your name, postal address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement indicating your consent to local Federal District Court jurisdiction, or an appropriate judicial body if overseas.

According to the DMCA, we may restore the removed content if the original DMCA Notice filer does not initiate a court action against you within ten business days of receiving your Counter-Notice.

3.Repeat Infringers

​

In appropriate circumstances, it is our policy to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
