Session 1: Transformation Teens Foundational Leadership

The Transformation Teens program is designed to develop leadership skills in teenagers aged 13-17 through a digital platform. It covers key topics such as leadership, personality, mindset, goal setting, communication, bias, and the art of listening. The program offers online leadership courses, combining interactive activities, discussions, and learning modules that are both engaging and educational. The goal is to equip teens with essential leadership skills while encouraging personal growth and a deeper understanding of how to influence positive change in their communities and lives. The courses use fun, engaging activities through virtual platforms like Miro Board, helping teens apply concepts in real-world scenarios. By completing this program, participants gain practical leadership insights, improved communication, and a mindset geared toward personal and team growth. Each cohort has a maximum capacity of 20 students.
